This is Bavaria. It's typical Bavaria to eat brezeln, white würst, sweet mustard, and stark beer. It's also not uncommon to walk down the street with a glass of beer. There are no brown paper bags. But the people walking down the streets are not drunks. They are just bringing beer over to a neighbor's garden.
